In Q4 2015 SCM-CMS completed its first Job Order Contract (J.O.C.) through its Public Works division. The J.O.C. consisted of three design-build, public works projects completed by SCM’s Brad Cherb for the County of Sacramento. The projects were sensitive in nature and required replacing the refrigeration, venting and alarm systems for the Sacramento County Morgue, Arson Investigation and Coroner Crime Lab.
