In November 2015 SCM-CMS, BHV Centerstreet Properties, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and BDE Architects held a groundbreaking event for The Landing at Walnut Creek. The new 178 unit, five story apartment building will be a flagship project in the City of Walnut Creek. The groundbreaking event was well attended by City officials, including Mayor Loella Haskew, who spoke at the event.
