Emeryville, CA – Construction of Emme, a 190 unit apartment community in Emeryville, is progressing on schedule and slated to be completed fall of 2014.

The project is a joint venture between Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) of Palo Alto, California, and TMG Partners of San Francisco, California. SCM Construction Management Services, Inc., is the general contractor building the project.

The community is situated on a 52,841 square foot site at 64th Street and Christie Avenue in Emeryville. Designed by San Francisco-based firm Steinberg Architects, the five story residential complex will feature studio, two and three bedroom apartment homes over two levels of parking.
