Dublin, CA – Construction is underway of West Dublin, a 309 unit multi-family project in Dublin, CA. The project is being built by SCM Construction Management Services of Modesto, Calif., for Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) of Palo Alto, Calif.

West Dublin is situated on a 3.7 acre site adjacent to the West Dublin Bay Area Rapid Transit (“BART”) Station. Designed by Oakland architects MVE & Partners, Inc., the five story complex will feature luxury apartment homes over parking.

“This is the largest footprint of any Essex project. It encompasses an entire city block,” stated John Eudy, Senior Vice President of Development for Essex Property Trust.

West Dublin is scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
