Emeryville, CA – Construction is underway of a 190 unit multi-family development in Emeryville, CA. The project is a joint venture between Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) of Palo Alto, Calif. and TMG Partners of San Francisco, CA. General contracting and construction management services are being provided by SCM Construction Management Services of Modesto, CA.

The project is situated on a 52,841 square foot site at 64th Street and Christie Avenue in Emeryville. Designed by San Francisco-based firm Steinberg Architects, the five story residential complex will feature two levels of parking.

The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2014.
