Dublin, CA – Construction of Connolly Station, a 309 unit-multifamily apartment project is on schedule, with a completion date of mid-2013. The project is being built by SCM Construction Management Services for Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) of Palo Alto, Calif.

Connolly Station is situated on a 3.7 acre site adjacent to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station. Designed by Oakland architects MVE & Partners, Inc., the five story complex will feature luxury apartments over parking.

According to “This is the largest footprint of any Essex project. It encompasses an entire city block,” stated John Eudy, Senior Vice President of Development for Essex Property Trust.

Connolly Station is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2013.
