SCM Constructions Management Services welcomes the addition of Project Manager Brad Cherb. Brad brings over 30 years of experience in all phases of the construction industry to SCM-CMS. His wealth of experience includes estimating, program and project management for federal work including DoD, DoE, state and local Jurisdictions as well as all branches of the military, CA Parks & Recreation, CA health-care providers, industrial and educational K-12 as well as multi-use and high-end residential and tract home developments.

Brad has managed the construction of custom home developments in Lafayette, Ca. for Northridge Development as well as the modernization of the Community Support Center for Nellis AFB. He is credited for elementary school modernization in several school districts including Mount Diablo
Unified School District’s Loma Vista Adult Educational Facility.
